Tsunami bites Wellington

After original woodcut by Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai.
I thought it would be instructive to replace Mt Fuji (in the original) with Wellington city; I have also taken out the fishing boats in the original composition. It's a tongue-in-cheek reminder of the risk to Wellington from tsunamis, intended to catch the eye and warn at the same time.
